Pre-Elder Training Module

This course is designed to prepare men for the vital role of eldership by fostering spiritual maturity, theological understanding, and practical leadership skills. Rooted in a biblical framework, the course equips pre-elder candidates to evaluate their faith, cultivate humility, and align with the mission and vision of the church. Through guided readings, reflective activities, and actionable assignments, participants will grow in their ability to serve the body of Christ with wisdom, grace, and servant-hearted leadership. Key topics include: Assessing genuine saving faith and spiritual growth. Cultivating humility and Christlike character. Aligning with Reformed theology, covenantal thinking, and the church’s mission. Practicing hospitality and supporting Christian education. This course challenges candidates to examine their calling, deepen their relationship with Christ, and embrace the high calling of shepherding God’s people with integrity and love.
